This is a seasonal full-time position reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of F&B. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality, and exemplary service.

Among the main responsibilities: Direct the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfactionRecruit the restaurant team, train and develop the new resourcesMaintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service teamWork closely with the EAM in charge of F&B and the ChefContribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue. Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels or starred restaurantsFluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficialStrong leadership skillsBe service oriented and guest focusedIn order to apply, you must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the moment of application.
