As an Athletes & Sponsorship Specialist (M/F) you are responsible for the enhancement and presence of the brand SALEWA in all markets served, through the management of the sponsorship of carefully selected events, athletes and other activities in the area.

Furthermore you develop, organize and manage marketing events (Alpine Campus and Salewa People Meeting) in order to increase the knowledge of the SALEWA brand and its activities.

**Tasks & responsibilities

- Definition of the event calendar with the goal of enhancing the image of SALEWA and its products in all markets and sports environments served by the brand

- Elaboration of event formats (such as Alpine Campus / Salewa People Meeting) and development of them according to the SALEWA event strategy and marketing plan

- Take care of the brand image during the event by ensuring efficient organization and display of products as well as management of customer relations

- Definition of the Athletes Team with the aim to enhance the image of the brand in all markets and in all sports disciplines in compliance with commercial strategies

- Management of the contract stipulation phase with new athletes or the renewal for those already in place

- Management of orders for the material to be sent to athletes

- Draft of annual budget plan for events, athletes and various sponsorships

- Ensure collaboration with alpine guides and other groups / associations by ensuring the management of contractual aspects and the materials supplied

**Profile

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position

- Degree in Economics or Marketing

- Project management skills

- Very good English skills

- High interpersonal skills

- Structured and organized way of working
