We are seeking a licensed California Attorney (knowledge of workers' compensation law preferred) to work out of one of our office locations in either Santa Barbara or Ventura, under the supervision of the partners.

**Office Location**: Multiple Locations In Central Valley

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Compensation**: $70, 000. 00 - $150, 000. 00 per year (Supplemental pay types: Commission pay)

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degrees

- Member of the State Bar of California

- Research, analytical, and negotiating ability

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Commitment to proactive case management

- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once

- Collaborative, ability to work well in team environment

- Excellent judgment and sensitivity

- Ability to develop specific goals, prioritize, organize, and accomplish those goals

- Preference for collaboration, with a proven success working with others

- Flexible, resourceful and innovative
