Audience & Segmentation Insights Lead
For one of the most fast-growing, dynamic and challenging Multinational Company, operating in FMCG industry, we are looking for a **Audience & Segmentation Insights Lead.
**Accountabilities**:
- End-to-end audience management for Growth Hub projects, including audience strategy, segmentation, integration, measurement and testing
- Ongoing analysis of consumer data to determine priority and strategic segments - ready to be leveraged by the Growth Hub and End Market for personalised campaigns
- Lead the team of DMP specialists, ensuring efficient in-platform audience building and management
- Provide Media, CRM and Web Teams with audience insights helping them to optimise 'always on' activity
- Responsible for the Growth Hub audience orchestration process including audience sharing between channels and monitoring of audience quality
- Work with the Analytics Lead to determine long-term audience objectives and delivery planning i. e. , singular customer view
- Create a regionally standardised and scalable audience segmentation approach
- Develop an audience test and learn framework aiming to improve engagement, re-engagement & retention
- Drive End Market adoption of audience segmentation to improve engagement with our consumer base and to help drive conversion and loyalty to our NC brands
- Upskill End Markets on audience-first marketing & facilitate insight sharing throughout Europe
**Requirements**:
- 6+ years professional experience in multi-channel audience management and segmentation
- Strong analytic skills and a deep understanding of customer data
- Proven track record working with Google Analytics, DMPs, DSPs, CDPs
- Ability to translate data into digestible marketing recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicator
- An ability to work as part of a team, working on multiple projects for multiple stakeholders at the same time
- Strong English language skills
