Audio - Video National Key Account Manager
Position Summary
Improve Audio-Video sales by managing assigned Retail customers; meet established sales and market share targets for the relevant product category.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales of Audio-Video products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers.
- Build and develop solid sales relationship with existing retail customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets.
- Design and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead.
- Coordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, also by supporting in visiting the assigned key customers on the territory, directly manage the Key customers at national central level.
- Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory.
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation, price protection claims.
- Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts.
- Engage closely with Division's Product and Trade Marketing / Operations to ensure highest levels of service for named customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor Degree or Major -preferably in Economics a plus;
Professional Background: 2/3 years' minimum experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO). Experience in CE vendor is highly preferable.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
Travel required: 60% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
