Audiovisual Communications Specialist

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Audiovisual Communications Specialist will:
- Deliver multi-media content to promote New Holland and its sub-brands in the frame of global campaigns.
- Deliver multi-media content to promote New Holland and its sub-brands products in the frame of global product launches and global product campaigns.
- Follow video and photo production both onsite and offsite (field) from pre-production (brief, messaging, copywritting, story board, technical and logistic preparation, work plan definition), to production (coordinate operations, control costs, timing and quality), postproduction (editing until final product, quality check and budget adjustments), and roll out language versions, market release and publication on the appropriate channel.
- Develop and nurture the image of the brand executives (President and Region leaders) for events and their professional social network.
- Ensure content availability in the Global Libraries of the brand (image box, video libraries, Global Digital Asset Management), under a coherent classification.
- Coordinate audiovisual pool of suppliers.
- Administrate audiovisual budget.
Assets to be delivered include: videos, images, 3D renders, 3D animations.
They will be used to feed the brand global channels: website, social media, brochures, press kits and media areas, image repositories, audiovisual at fairs and at events.
Key indicators will be:
- Timely delivery, with hard deadlines for fairs, events and product launches.
- Ability to convert technical content into simple and customer-centric communications.
- Quality of production, in line with a premium brand image.
- Respect of the brand identity and look&feel, in line with current standards and brand guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Practical agricultural skills and knowledge an advantage.
- In-depth product knowledge (past and current) would be beneficial.
- In-depth brand knowledge (current brand and legacy brands) a plus.
- Creative skills, awareness of current trends in Creativity and graphic design.
- Experience in a communication department or production agency.
- Ability to develop messages and story boards.
- Ability to manage projects, from pre-production to finalization, knowledge of production techniques.
- Confident presentation skills in order to pitch suppliers and sell ideas.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead different projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under own initiative and proactive approach.
