We are looking for a talented and creative Audiovisual Content Producer to join our team in Milan.

In this role, you will play a key role in bringing stories to life through engaging audiovisual content.

Your work will ensure that our projects are executed with creativity, precision, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality audiovisual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and events.

Technical Expertise: Operate and manage audiovisual equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and sound systems, ensuring technical excellence in all productions.

Archiving & Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of audiovisual assets to ensure accessibility and proper usage.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to deliver compelling content aligned with the brand's strategic pillars, such as botany, craftsmanship, innovation, and inspiration from landscapes, literature, and more.

Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 3 years in audiovisual production, multimedia content creation, or a related field.

Languages: Native-level proficiency in Italian and full professional proficiency in English (C2).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video production tools and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and audio editing software.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of content formats, including short-form, long-form, and branded content.

Education: A degree in film production, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
