As a content producer, you will play a key role in bringing stories to life, ensuring our projects are executed with creativity, precision and under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Content Creation: conceptualize, plan and produce high-quality audiovisual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns and events. Technical Expertise: operate and manage audiovisual equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems, ensuring technical excellence in all productions. Archiving & Asset Management: organize and maintain a comprehensive library of audiovisual assets for easy access and up-to-date use. Collaboration: work closely with marketing and Fueguia's Founder to deliver compelling content aligned with brand strategic pillars (Fueguia Botany, Fueguia Academy, Fueguia Conversations with Artists, Fueguia Innovation & Craftsmanship, Fueguia Inspirations (Landscapes, Literature etc. ). Qualifications Experience: at least 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, multimedia content creation, or a similar role. Language: Italian (native speaker), English (full professional proficiency – C2). Technical Skills: proficiency with video production tools, editing software (e. g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and audio editing software). Organizational Skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge: familiarity with various content formats, including short-form, long-form, and branded content.
