The TRC team helps all Amazon transportation business units comply with laws and regulations.

To support the business, our primary mission is to perform independent and objective risk-based assessments of Amazon business partners and business units.

We verify their activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations, compliance, and risk management.

To facilitate an effective program, we validate whether each business has identified its regulatory responsibilities and has established effective processes, controls, and self-testing to understand its current compliance status. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of Operational Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Internal Controls experience (or equivalent) BA/BS degree (or equivalent) Fluent in Italian and English, both in writing and in speaking required Acquaintance with Italian employment, transportation and safety regulations Robust analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings Hands-on advanced Excel knowledge to support data analysis and compliance reporting Experience in gathering data requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, even from multiple sources Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex projects Able to thrive in a startup-like environment Willingness to travel at least 50% of the timePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS CIA, CFE certification (or equivalent) Proven Transportation or Supply Chain industry experience, preferably in a similar or equivalent role (Third-Party management) Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL (intermediate to advanced) Other foreign language skills are considered a plus
