Main responsibilities The internship is within the BCD Smart Power Characterization and modeling team located in Cornaredo (MI).

The team is responsible for complete characterization and compact models of all BCD technologies within ST; plus we support our design community, Physical Design Kits (PDKs) and technology development with our expertise.

We provide state of the art Smart Power BCD device spice models and characterization techniques.

The internship will focus on automation of characterization and modeling processes, developing dedicated software tools to improve efficiency during all phases of our job, from model extraction to testing and reporting.

Training on spice simulators, Linux, and Python will be offered on the job, while no wide know-how of semiconductor physics and devices is required.
