Our UiPath Automation Program Advisor team advises and guides our most strategic customers in designing and building long-term, enterprise level business automation programs.

We entrust our team with customers that are strategic to the business.

They work with stakeholders to make decisions and improve the business.

They also focus on achieving results and enhancing the way employees work.

Our automation program advisors are helpful with designing and managing a UiPath business automation platform.

This includes coaching our customers' teams on initial deployment, enabling the platform across the enterprise, and maximizing business outcomes, self-sufficiency, and overall organizational impact.

You'll work with a talented global team on projects that'll give you both challenges and fulfillment.

You'll help design automation programs that help businesses improve their efficiency and maximize profits.

You'll also focus on fulfilling and innovative activities to help our customers succeed.

This vacancy is a contractor position.

What you'll do at UiPath:

- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, understand customers' needs first

- Enable customers in building long-term automation programs that affect organization-wide impact and change

- Strong facilitation skills in bringing a diverse set of opinions into a common set of goals and objectives

- Identification of complex automation processes that drive adoption and align to customers' business needs and strategic goals

- Coach customers to be automation leaders that develop long-term, sustainable automation programs rooted in simplification and time to value

- Mentor and provide guidance to newer UiPath Automation Program Advisors and Technical Account

- Managers to develop strong business acumen

- Influence and develop customer solutions based on current hands-on knowledge of the UiPath business automation platform.

- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers

- Develop and mature our teams' processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner to continually iterate and maintain best in class delivery

- Define and promote the adoption of automation best practices within the broader UiPath and automation community

- Help drive customer references and case studies

What you'll bring to the team:

- 5+ years career experience in leading digital transformation and/or responsibility for driving organizational strategy and business outcomes

- 5+ years relevant work experience in strategic consulting, customer-facing, customer success-driven delivery

- Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate complex organizational conversations across Executive Leadership and broader organization.

- Industry focus is a strong plus including Financial Services, healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Retail, High Tech or Logistics.

- Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, or others.

- Fluency in English and Italian is a must.

Any other European language is a plus.
