**About this opportunity**:

We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic trainee to join our Project management organization.

An Ericsson internship will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.

It will boost your resume and will provide you the opportunity to known and grow in Project Management, Information Technology, Automation, and Innovation.

**What you will do**:

- Understand Ericsson organization, processes, procedures, and tools

- Learn key principle of XLPM (Excellence in Project Management): the methodology used in Ericsson for managing and controlling assignments, projects, programs

- Support Customer Project Manager for managing the Fulfillment Assignment Specification scope securing that customer business are fully met.

- Boost automation to improve and simplifying processes and reporting

- Identify automation opportunities to create efficiency and cost reduction

- Define automation scope, support project managers to drive technical automation solution team, timelines, and level-of-efforts.

- Build a deep knowledge of the project planning tools

- Consolidate project data from different sources and produce project reports to support Governance

- With the right support, be responsible for analyzing data, business/project needs, process gaps and, business requirements

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics, Master is an advantage

- Financial competence and analysis skills

- Business modelling skills

- Object-oriented design and programming skills, Scripting, Web Services, B2B Integrations, Database's experience is an advantage

- Experience working with Automation platform(s) like Robotic Process Automations (RPA) is an advantage

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English

- Results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices

- Good decision-making skills

- Evidence of leadership skills, working effectively with a team-perhaps you are president of a sporting or social club at university or took the lead in charity work or a group project

- Personal drive and enthusiasm that makes you stand out from crowd
