Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital hub. It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, delivering eCommerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions. The AS Watson Group eLab Technology department is looking for a passionate Automation QA Specialist to join the team in Milan. The Automation QA Specialist will be dedicated both to the automated software validation and reporting for the eCommerce platform on all the Group Business Units over Europe and responsible to assure a quality service to the client on test of new releases and fixes as part of the software development lifecycle.

A typical day in this role includes: Bug lifecycle management: from the opening till the validationProduce reports on QA activitiesStrong coding skills to implement the test cases based on the specified steps and verification pointsProgramming languages: java, python is a plusAPIs tests skillsConfidence with code versioning, design patterns, CI/CD toolsAble to estimate and plan own test activities effortsDaily communication with cross-functional teams and the BUs to ensure the quality throughout the test automation processSupport junior colleaguesInforms QA Lead about issues and prioritiesCould be required to travel across Europe

Knowledge and experience on Hybris and microservices is an advantageExperience of automated/API/manual testingFluent in Italian, English is a must, we are international!Proactive with a high attention to detail
