Automation Sales Support Manager South Europe

**What you will do**:
- Responsible for Automation Sales Strategy within South Europe - drive and develop a successful proactive strategy, differentiating the local markets
- Drive Automation & Digital business development activites - Contact prospects, develop understanding of customer needs, drive opportunities, increase awanerness and knowledge sharing in sales community
- Nurse and develop our Key Account customers within South Europe from an automation and digital solutions perspective
- Be part of Key Account teams and support Account Managers and participate in sales meetings with customers presentations demonstrating the value Tetra Pak PlantMaster
- Be part of a network with other A&D sales support resources and connected to global teams
- Support Project Centres during pre-projects for advanced MES solutions based on Tetra Pak PlantMaster portfolio
- Drive sales projects with standalone automation solutions and cooperate with Services Sales Managers to drive Automation upgrades
- Develop supplier relations for our Automation platforms - primarily Siemens, Rockwell and Aveva
**We believe you have**:
- We believe you have:
- Bachelor or Master degree qualification or knowledge and experience of automation solutions, electrical or electronic engineering and process control.
- At least 3 years of Sales experience in the industrial automation sector.
- Proven understanding of automation platforms and IT/OT systems design.
- Experience as Automation engineer with direct field experience in the implementation of automation and digital solutions (PLC & HMI / MES / MOM / ERP Integration/ IIoT) is considered as a strong plus.
- Experience in Portfolio Management, Business Development, Consulting Services and new digital business models is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell and Aveva automation and digital products
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken is a must.
Other Europe languages is a plus
- Full driving licence.
