Job Summary Tetra Pak Food Engineering provides sales and services on processing plants within food, diary & beverage industry in Italy. Within the Processing Cluster, we are looking for a⯠Service Automation Engineer⯠who can perform corrective maintenance, services and troubleshooting assistance over food processing equipment. You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of processing equipment and provide technical training to our customers. This is a permanent position based in Monza, Italy, but you will be required to travel 80% of working time at customers sites. What you will do You will have the full responsibility to perform at customer site or remotely activities related to automation andâ¯electrical system : commissioning, service intervention, troubleshooting and fault findings Provide technical reports and suitable recommendations in order to ensure customer reliabilityâ¯about Tetra Pak's services Drive customer to upgrade existing machine/plant , in order to maintain the highest grade ofâ¯efficiency and performance guarantee The job includes frequent travels throughout Italy (approx. 80% of the time) and, being part of aâ¯cluster Service Organization, you might also be required to travel abroad.
