**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?
To enforce Global Account team in our Turin Bosch offices, we are looking for an **Automotive Aftermarket Account Manager.
In particular you will:
- You will be responsible to drive sales for the Italian market in your cluster of customers (on-highway, non-automotive and off-highway)
- Be in charge to define and implement a commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Global Account Director for the Italian market.
- Responsible of the sales cycle process, from market analysis to presentation of commercial offers and contracts, the related negotiation and closing of business opportunities.
- Work in close collaboration with supply chain and cash management as well as with the business units in the divisional headquarter to ensure a "one face to the customer", achieving high customer satisfaction as well as strategic business goals and revenue targets.
- Work in a highly international and entrepreneurial environment and help to shape the future of mobility solutions.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you?
**Education**:_ _**Master's degree in Mechanical engineering, Business Management, Economics or equivalent
**Experience and know**_-_**how**: Minimum 2-3 years experience in automotive sales or supply chain management; you have strong proven negotiation skills and resilience; you are inclusive, goal-oriented and used to work in a hybrid environment
**Personality**:You have a customer oriented entrepreneurial mindset.
You are a strong team player, proactive, ambitious and curios
**Languages**: You speak Italian and English fluently, German is a plus.
