We are looking for a new colleague to join us in this newly created role as Automotive Auction Specialist (m/f/d) for Italy.

The position will be based at our office in Padova.

We are the emerging European leader in digital dealer-to-dealer trading.

AutoProff was established in 2013 to digitize B2B vehicle trading, helping car dealers grow sales and improve profits from used car trading.

About the role On AutoProff many cars are published every day from Italian dealers and traded across the EU.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring auctions and platform success.

You will be working in a team with Sales and Customer Support to ensure a unified approach to the customers.

Key Responsibilities Be a point of reference for our customers throughout the auction process.

Ensure that auction prices and guaranteed prices are defined quickly and accurately for the best success of the platform.

Daily monitor the progress of the auctions to optimize transactions on the platform.

Work with your Digital Car Trading Specialist teammates to achieve challenging operational targets (# of cars on auction, # of cars sold, % of Sales Rate, # of bids, etc. ).

Support and manage customer complaints in coordination with the various teams involved.

Required Skills Knowledge of the automotive market (makes, models, prices, etc. ).

Preferred background in the automotive market (dealerships, automakers, or consulting firms specializing in the field).

Strong analytical and data management skills.

A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Proficient with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.

Good time management skills and a strong propensity for teamwork.

Good communication skills, fluent in English.

Enjoy championing a productive team spirit.

You will thrive in this role if you Have experience in price definition in the automotive space.

Have previous experience in customer-facing operational roles.

Are goal-oriented and ambitious, wanting to further develop your experience and competencies.
