Automotive Customer Experience Analyst
As an Automotive Customer Experience Analyst, you will collect, analyze and interpret market surveys on customer's satisfaction for service and sales.
You will provide consultative support to the Customer Experience department and track the progress of sales and service performances.
**Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and collect key data for CE areas to provide requested reports and propose improvements;
- Propose implementations of new tools of analysis to support Sales & Service Organizational Network;
- Develop and provide remote training sessions on CE related themes to CE Managers, Sales & Service Managers;
- Communicate directly with the CE Network through Power Point presentations or other tools, provide market information, KPI's feedback and results;
- If required, develop and provide training modules on CE issues also to the internal Field and to the Sales & Service Organizational Network;
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics or Engineering or similar;
- 2 years of previous experience in similar roles;
- In-depth knowledge of automotive field;
- Good knowledge of Dealer Management Surveys (DMS) adopted by dealers;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office and Visual Analytics;
- Excellent analytic skills;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good communication;
- Public speaking skills;
- Result focus skills;
- Good listening skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Languages: Italian and English are mandatory.
