We are seeking talented Automotive Exterior Designers to shape the future of automotive design. This is an on-site role, and senior candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Lead automotive exterior design projects, from concept to production, ensuring competitive, high-quality solutions. Apply creativity and attention to detail in refining designs and exploring innovative ideas. Present design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with teams. Develop expertise in the Chinese automotive market. Travel to China or other locations for project support, benchmarking, and collaboration with HQ. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Design. At least 2 years' experience in design, within a top agency or in-house team. Proficient in 2 D/3 D design techniques, including sketching and rendering. Advanced Blender skills for 3 D modelling and rendering. Experience with clay models, both small and full-scale. Interest in AI tools to enhance design quality and efficiency. Strong portfolio showcasing cross-sector design solutions. Interested?
