Who we are looking for
The Position is related to the Sales of the ICARE Insurance product named "Extended Warranty".
The consultant will be responsible for supporting our Costumer's dealer network on the sales targets achievement (volumes, Extended Warranty penetration on finance contracts), dealer and Costumer's Zone Manager training and Claim management support.
**Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct interface between the ICARE Customer Relation Center platform in Portugal (claims assessment/ authority), and the dealer network for complex cases and claims resolution;
- Training plan definition for Customer Sales Team (Regional Managers and Agents), and for each dealer Sales and After Sales staff;
- Visit on a regular basis the Costumer's Regional offices taking stock of the activity situation;
- Define potential action plans with Costumer's management to improve sales volumes;
- Define the training activities for the Costumer's Sales Team (regional Zone Managers and Agents) and Dealer network;
- Ensure the necessary reporting to monitor and analyze the performance;
- Support the Costumer's Zone managers in:
- Improving the product sales;
- Ensuring their knowledge about the products;
- Maintaining regular contact with them by phone or meetings during which the performance can be analysed and they can be trained;
- Supporting them in case of problem on a claim;
- Visiting with them the dealers with the greatest potential;
- Supporting them to convince dealers to sell the Costumer's products;
- Supporting them to train salesmen and Service Advisors;
- Providing the dealer management with sales reports (volume, target, pay plans).
- Keep ICARE informed:
- Ensuring regular benchmark of competitors;
- Giving regular feedback of important information regarding the relationship with the Client and its customers;
- Giving regular feedback about business opportunities and product/process improvements;
- Providing reports on the activities, especially that one carried out with the Customer;
- Combine Duties with the time of implementation required by the customer;
- Share Action Plan, information and each report with the customer to focus on quantitative and qualitative targets.
**Requirements**:
- Master Degree in Business Economics;
- Min.
3 years of experience in automotive business or commercial area (same role or F&I Field Sales Manager or Sales New/Used Cars Field Manager;
- Knowledge of the Finance and Insurance Market in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of Sales strategies;
- Ability to work on targets and strong result orientation;
- Specific experience in Financial Services, in Consulting and Coaching at Dealer level, in Sales and Service Process Improvement Program;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Communication skills;
- Good analytical skills;
- Autonomy and Flexibility;
- Organization skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Fluent Italian and English;
- Knowledge of the Office package.
