Who we are looking for

The Automotive Technical Trainer is in charge to create and manage one or more technical training courses in multicultural classrooms.

They have a professional knowledge of technical automotive product aspects (mechanical and electronic) and of creative training/teaching techniques.

They are responsible for the design and development of trainings, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines and they assume responsibility for the training planning of the projects.

**Duties & Responsibilities

- Define and propose training goals to the project manager;

- Provide trainings for Trainers/Instructors;

- Check if teaching goals are respected when creating the training;

- Make sure trainings represents reality;

- Place the teaching kit in Digital Assets Management System and in the Learning Management System;

- Check that all the languages defined for the project are available;

- Guarantee training quality and respect of deadlines;

- Find up to date needed information to design trainings;

- Make sure that countries can introduce trainings;

- Check whether "test training" meets customer's expectations;

- Carry out the satisfaction survey and achieve the target.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive etc. )

or previous automotive field experience;

- At least 3 years of experience as Technical Trainer in the automotive industry;

- Knowledge of After-sales automotive processes;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- Strong interpersonal skills;

- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques (understanding some scorm editor is considered a plus)

- Excellent ability to use MS Office package;

- Fluent Italian and knowledge of English is a must.
