Technical Account Manager AVRome/Central Italy€60, 000-€65, 000Hybrid (travel for customer visits, otherwise home office)Do you have a background in Audio Visual Integration & Design? Do you have a passion for people and a want to support both engineers and clients along their AV integration journey?

If YES and you're residing in Rome/Central Italy this may be the perfect role for you!

Expertise Required:Expertise: Commanding technical skills within the AV industry. Experience: 5 to 10 years in Audio Visual integration and design in a system integration company, not only rentals. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electronics is highly desirable, or another technical degree. Language: Fluent Italian, and Fluent EnglishCore Responsibilities:Relationship: Foster and manage connections with several technical teams internally, as well as clients. Product: Showcase their latest innovations and their integration benefits. Feedback: Engage in discussions regarding product enhancements or modifications. Research: Spearhead research in specific product groups upon marketing requests. Initiative: Reach out to managers regarding project completions. Project support: Aid consultants/dealers with project or tender support. Hands-on support: Provide troubleshooting assistance in collaboration with our Application Engineers/Technical Services Director. Additional Duties:Training: Deliver technical training on-site for the sales team on your expertise. Attend shows: Participate in dealer shows, trade shows, and other events. Quality Checker: Oversee the translations of our technical documentation when needed. Reporting Tasks: Communicate timelines and outcomes of client visits, on-site troubleshooting, and projects to the relevant parties.
