Our Total Rewards (TR) team, within Human Resources (HR), seeks to elevate the experience of our people through innovative suite of reward and recognition offerings in order to attract, develop and engage our dynamic organizational talent.
This is a new role within the Total Reward structure and as the Europe Benefits Partner, you will support the TR benefit transformation in partnership with the Global Benefits Lead establishing a benefit infrastructure that supports Avanade's scale at pace with bold business growth objectives.
Within the role, you'll create a deep relationship with the Europe regional teams to drive the benefits strategy across Europe.
In this role, you will report to the Global Benefits Lead.
**Responsibilities**:
- A European role where you'll establish influence in a current regional benefit structure:
- Support the Global Benefits Lead executing on the Avanade benefit strategy and consistent core across Europe
- Build relationships across European regions to support current benefit offering and co-ordinate approval of suggested changes to Global Head of Reward and Chief People Officer.
- Review all Europe benefit provision through employee experience lens
- Responsible for ensuring all Europe employee policies are updated and align to our EVP and consistent core
- Ensure all European benefits, including pensions are approved and compliant with Global policies
- Key contributor in Benefit Forum alongside Global Benefits Lead and US & Canada Benefits Partner
- Responsible for Europe benefit alignment to EVP
- Partner with Marketing and Employee Brand to ensure regional benefit packages support the growth of the external and internal Avanade brand
- Partner with regional benefit leads to ensure an agreed level of employee experience
- Partner with European HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure benefits are well communicated and utilized across the organization to support attraction and retention
- Support Global Benefits Lead to define the requirements and implementation of Global Benefit platform working in partnership with Reward Operations, ITS and Procurement
- Create strong collaboration with Employee Experience and I&D teams ensuring complimentary support/benefits to identified global initiatives
- Partner with Europe Accenture on benefit design (where aligned) to actively influence fulfilment of Accenture requirements within overall benefit provision and Plan
- Support regional HR teams in ensuring they are consistently utilizing HR support for benefit administration
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent analytical skills & business acumen
- Experience with a range of benefits (global experience a plus)
- Deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio
- Experience rolling out a benefits platform
- Skills to manage stakeholders and partner expectations
- Effective collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and virtually
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior leadership
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experiences with benefit tools and broker relationships
- Preferred Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice.
