During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana.

Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the Maison's managers and embrace rewarding challenges.

The program is based in Italy and offers regional missions where applicable.

Your development journey will begin at a selected Loro Piana boutique and continue in the head office.

Participating in this program means gaining expertise in every aspect of textile production, including raw materials' selection, machinery operation, and technical processes.

You will acquire advanced skills in quality control and gain practical experience with the guidance of experts.

The program will include missions within the Textile Supply Chain, Product Development, and Manufacturing.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will join Loro Piana's Industrial Quality team and play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products meet the company's stringent quality criteria before they reach customers.

This role involves coordinating quality control processes, conducting KPI analysis, evaluating defects, and collaborating cross functionally to resolve issues.

This immersive program is designed to equip you for a career in luxury textile production, with a strong emphasis on tradition and superior quality.

Profile - What are the eligibility criteria? Bachelor's or Master's degree in EngineeringUp to 3 years of work experience, including internshipsAvailability to start a full-time position by September 2024Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorshipProficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plusWillingness to travel and relocateAdditional information - What will be your employment type?
