Avenza Site Hr Support (Fixed Term)
Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be the first point of contact reporting into the Avenza Service Shop Plant HR Leader for managers and employees, providing support for the full scope of Human Resource functions including all aspects of labor relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee engagement, talent assessment and development, organizational change and development and communications for a client group.
The role is based in Avenza (Carrara), and will be fixed term for one year.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the hourly population on-site
- Head Count Reporting for the site (workforce planning, additions, contractual conversion)
- Partner with client managers to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives
- Support in providing strategic coaching to people leaders related to talent identification and selection, succession planning, merit planning and performance management
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees related to career development
- Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and contemporary work environment that respects every employee
- Partner effectively with our HR Centers of excellence in People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and O&TD
- Promote internal mobility and support external recruiting where required
- Manage disciplinaries as well as compliance investigations.
Partner with our Labor Relations partner
- Drive engagement and development of our employees
- Leverage analytics tool to design & implement HR strategies and drive the execution with rigor

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university in related area or similar with relevant experience.
- HR Management Master required
- 2+ years of experience as a HR Specialist/Generalist in complex organization
- High Knowledge of English Language
- Willingness to relocate close to the Avenza site
