**The Role

We are looking for an organised and flexible newly qualified lawyer (_avvocato_) or CPA (_commercialista_) to join the **global mobility team** of our Private Client and Tax Department, in Milan.

Key elements of the role include:

- ** Proficiency in English (C1 required)**:

- Prior experience in assisting clients before the immigration authorities (such as consulates, _questura_ and _prefettura_)

Additional key elements of the role:

- Drafting of immigration, tax and legal documents and opinions

- Producing accurate, high-quality work quickly and efficiently

- Preparing first drafts of engagement letters; ensuring anti-money laundering requirements are adhered to and requesting necessary Know Your Client documentation

- Providing effective and proactive communication with clients, colleagues, partners, legal staff and other support staff

**Required skills and experience

- Excellent academics (not less than 100/110)

- Fluent Italian and English communication skills are mandatory (C1 level is a must)

- Law or Economics graduate

- Qualified _avvocato _or _commercialista_

- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in the global mobility and private client and tax sector

- Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong research skills

- Teamwork is vital together with the ability to work alongside colleagues in our overseas offices

- Strong IT skills (e. g.

Word & Excel)
