Role descriptionAWP Construction Engineer collaborates and assists AWP Champion or AWP Group Leader to implement Construction AWP Methodology and deliverables and to support Project and Site team during all phase. The position is meant to be assigned to international projects and abroad sites.

It is an essentialrequisite the availability to spend construction projects period abroad. The Construction AWP Group is looking for a person able to manage:o Develop and apply AWP Methodology for entire project assigned;o Assist and collaborate with the Construction AWP group in the implementation ofnew techniques for applying the AWP methodology;Within the AWP Group two professional positions are available: Awp Consctruction Engineer and Workface Construction Engineer. Main Responsibilities:You will:o Participate during the definition of the Project AWP plan, together with the AWP Champion andparticipate to the related implementation, as requested by the AWP Champion/ AWP GroupLeader;o Participate in the development of Path of Construction and Construction Schedule, following upthe relevant Action list;o Prepare project documentation related to AWP, gathering information from the other relevanttechnical disciplines, for further finalization with the AWP Champion/ AWP Group Leader;o Set up the tools managing AWP within the assigned project/s and prepare the information flowon EWP and PWP for the related application on the Site;o Assist AWP Champion/AWP Group Leader in monitoring the AWP implementation within AWPProject Plan;o Supports AWP Champion and AWP Group Leader for Advanced Work Packaging practices andprocedures, for the continuous improvement of the methodology. When relocated at Site, the AWP Engineer shall:o Participate to the implementation of AWP Methodology, under the coordination of the AWPChampion, Site Manager and Construction Manager;o Guarantee the actual data flow (IWP produced by subcontractor) is reported to Project Control. Similar positionsConstruction engineerProject engineerPlanner / planning engineerKnowledge & QualificationsYour skills are:o Mechanical or Civil/Structure degree;o Good level of English;o Additional foreign language is a plus;o Knowledge of EPC multidisciplinary activitieso Knowledge of the principle Oil & Gas construction sequences, preferably gained in the EPCprojects sector. o Availability to be temporary relocated abroad when required by the project is a mustExperienceo Experience in EPC projects;o Experience as Project Engineer, Construction Engineer or Planning Engineer on internationalprojects;o International assigned at site is a pluso 2-3 or more years of experience in a similar positions is a plusSkills and Abilitieso Organization, analytical approach and abstraction and synthesis skills;o Good communication skills;o Good use of IT tools and Office Suite;o 3D Modeling Software;o Communication and interaction skills with professionals of different training (in particularengineers);
