**Your Role and Responsibilities

Owns the definition of the services solutions and are the primary source of engagement management and solution design around the world and across technical disciplines.

Foundation knowledge on AWS products, service catalogue, pricing model, features and AWS TCO and SMC.

Our Cloud Services Solution will have as primary source of engagement management and solution design around the world and across technical disciplines.

- Responsible for the development and sales of Cloud based technical solutions.

- Uses a combination of IBM and AWS, services, labor, assets, hardware, and software to meet Client business requirements.

- Orchestrates the development of complex, multi-year, custom solutions and associated cost cases.

The directions they establish are the foundation of AWS's solution and heavily influence sales, human resources, and contract and delivery strategies for the engagement.

Required to anticipate and develop and define innovative services solutions which match the Client's and AWS's tactical and strategic requirements.

- Work closely with sales leadership / client staff /other IBM lines of business to gather opportunity requirements, client objectives and sales strategy detail to develop the overall solution and contribute to the opportunity value proposition

- Understand and integrate GBS Service Line and Industry expertise as necessary

- Provide thought leadership and giveback, through asset harvesting and innovation, to the wider global solution community

- Actively drive solution interventions to shape, optimise and create excellence in solutions

- Continuously learn latest tools, techniques, innovations, processes, offerings, delivery models, cost and pricing
