**About the Company**: for a prestigious international company, global leader in the media industry, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **AWS System Administrator**.

**Core Responsibilities**:

In this role, you will work as part of a global team in US and Europe.

You'll investigate, communicate and troubleshoot problems coming from network and services configured in the company environments.

In this role, you will collaborate with other team members to determine the root cause of technical issues and the best course of action to resolve them.

This position is a great opportunity to be involved in the development, deployment and support of the infrastructures and services that allow this company to provide great products and services to our customers worldwide.

- Document internal processes and procedures related to network and services;

- Adhere to established service level agreements in consultation with product department to establish expectations and time frames for problem resolutions;

- Capability to solve database and network performance issues;

- Improve and evolve current solutions and setups to improve performance and reliability.

**Requisiti**:

**Must Have**:

- AWS Cloud;

- Deep knowledge of networks and protocols: TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP, NTP;

- VPC and subnet configurations, security groups and routing tables;

- VPN based on: IPSec, OpenSSL, Wireguard;

- VPNs site-to-site and road-warrior;

- Load balancers: HAProxy;

- SDN solutions: Vyatta, VyOS are strong plus;

- Routing protcools: OSPF, BGP;

- English fluent;

- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed;

- Ability to work flexible hours;

- Proactive attitude.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in geographically distributed environments;

- Grafana;

- Splunk.
