We might be able to help you. Your Challenge As an Azure Cloud Service Manager and Cloud Product Manager, your mission will be to define and optimize operational processes and procedures in collaboration with Architects, supporting the team colleagues, spread across the globe. Your main activities will be to:Develop, setup and administer IT service based on Azure cloud including Cybersecurity, Compliance and documentationCreate and Maintain Service Descriptions and Operational Level Agreements for the IT servicesEnsure proper service cost calculation, monitoring, optimisation and charging of IT servicesSupport team and budget planning for related IT servicesClosely collaborate with the technical team colleagues (Architect, DevOps Engineers) and the Scrum Master for developing, implementing and operating of IT servicesSupport the cloud department in strategy development and implementationCreate transparency, operational excellence, define KPIs and reportsSetup a good service management for incidents and service requestsSupport the team colleagues regarding personal development and growth Setup training and growth plans for the team colleaguesTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, or related fieldWork experience in IT operations support in the area of Azure CloudSolid understanding of ITIL principles, ITSM, IT compliance and cybersecurityGood agile process knowledge and approach, Fundamental Azure Cloud knowledge is a mustExperience in working with virtual, globally distributed teamsPassion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian, additional language like German is a plusEligibility to work in Italy What we offer To become part of our diverse and distributed team of more than 25 Scrum Masters.
