**Posizione**:

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be part of a team that operates on cloud workloads and platforms with global scale for enterprise customers.

You will work to develop solutions in accordance with our customers' needs, collaborating with other teams, providing technical know-how and helping to shape the client's cloud platform services.

The Azure DevOps Support Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, as well as working with other colleagues to automate repetitive tasks.

Main responsibilities are:

- Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining workloads on the Azure Platform

- Supporting production deployments

- Investigate potential issues with production deployments - including failed deployments and service outages

- Work with customers to understand their deployment needs, propose solutions, and code that meets these needs

- Collaborate with customers to develop standards for deployments and procedures

- Develop tooling and templates to automate tasks - including build scripts to automate builds, deployments, etc.

- Incorporate feedback from customers into future releases of the product/service

- Actively participate in team meetings and in on call rotations for production deployments

- Participating in cross functional teams to design new features within the services

- Maintain documentation

- Azure Infrastructure: VMs, AKS, Storage, Networking (Hub & Spoke), Express Route, VPNs etc.

- CI/CD: Github & Github Actions, Azure DevOps & Pipelines

- Security: Multi-tenancy and structured cloud management with strong governance and policies, Azure AD & IAM, Azure Policies, Azure Lighthouse, Azure Sentinel, Azure Defender, Azure Monitoring & Logging, etc.

- Infrastructure as Code: Biceps, Terraform, Powershell, ARM Templates, Function Apps, JSON, YAML, etc.

- Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira

- Customer Backend Services: e. g.

: LDAP, HP Service Center, User Portal 3rd Party, etc.

- Docker and Kubernetes
