**What would you be doing as a B2B Account Manager?
- Be the first line of contact for our most important property partners in your market, managing a strong relationship with them
- You will be responsible for optimising your partners portfolio and maximise listings and availability of property supply.
- Track, analyse and report the performance of your portfolio.
- Identify inefficiencies in your accounts' property listings and advise them with solutions to maximise bookings of their properties.
- Upsell new features of our product and negotiate conditions in order to maximise revenue and occupancy of their properties.
- Create, define and suggest ways to improve your portfolio performance.
- Handle all of the matters regarding your accounts such as listings, availabilities, payments, bookings and different issues, within an appropriate time frame.
- Work closely with other teams in the operations department, as well as marketing, product and finance in order to ensure the best performance of your accounts on all fronts.

**What are we looking for?
- 2+ years work experience, account management and customer success roles is a plus
- Native/bilingual Italian, B2 English.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Be a brilliant communicator: you're eloquent and able to strike the perfect tone to establish and maintain strong relationship with property partners
- Be analytical: you're able to look at data to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your portfolio and act accordingly upon them.
- Incredibly empathetic of property partners and obsessed with customer experience: you will be a powerful advocate for Spotahome's partners.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders
- An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determination
- Based in Milan
