About the position:We invite you to join our sales team as a full-time B2B Audio Video Sales Manager.
In this role, you will represent the Bang & Olufsen brand, renowned for its premium audio-visual solutions.
Your role will involve selling innovative AV solutions to corporate customers, partners, and custom installers.
By leveraging your expertise, you will create unique experiences and services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Key functions:Develop and build partnerships with premium furniture brands, designers and architectsExpansion of the customer base: search and analysis of customer information, cold calls, negotiations with customers in person, product presentationMapping and qualification of corporate customers like hotels, clubs, consultants, etc. Development of opportunities, formation of commercial offers and management of a sales pipelineMaintaining contacts, meeting and developing client potentialMarket monitoring, regular planning and preparation of reports for managementQualifications and skills:Relevant work experience in similar positions of more than 5 years will be advantage, with retail premium and luxury brandsExcellent usage of Office 365, CRM and project management systemsExperience in developing relationships with key partners in the furniture, hospitality, architectsFluent in Italian, good level of EnglishAbility to work in multitasking mode and under pressureExcellent communication skillsWillingness to permanent self-development, result-orientedWe offer:Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational companyConstant interaction with global teams of professionals International career opportunities
