**What you will do**:
You will be responsible for the strategy and the execution of CRM communication for the Italian market and you'll work in an international team of 11 people, reporting directly to the CRM Director of TheFork Global.
You are expected to continuously support and partner with the local sales team, central Marketing, Local Marketing, central Data, and central Product teams.
An example of your daily tasks would be:
- Defining the calendar of communications to restaurant partners and prospects
- Identifying the most relevant segments for each campaign using both Pardot and Salesforce
- Building templates with an HTML builder
- Reporting on results of campaigns
- Hold meetings with different teams to prioritise campaigns for the following months
But you most likely will also:
- Work on automated cycles and triggers
- Take part in global and exciting projects that will require CRM activations
- Propose new campaigns and identify new opportunities
- Test and learn with A/B testing and new channels when possible
**Who you are
What you bring to the table:
- Your grammar and spelling is impeccable
- Good copywriting skills and high attention to detail
- You have already used a CRM campaign tool (ideally Salesforce, Pardot or Braze)
- You like reporting and interpreting data (eg. with Tableau)
- You can juggle between different stakeholders maintaining a good relationship with all of them
- Humble and positive mindset. Active listener, eager to learn.
- Native level of italian, proficiency in English
