Doctolib is hiring a **B2B Event Specialist** for our Italian team, supporting the B2B Marketing team.

You will directly report to our Senior B2B Event Manager and support in all the activities related to organizing our B2B Events.

**What will be your missions?

**:

- **Planning and organization of B2B Events Italy-wide** (medical congresses, trade fairs, webinar, and customer events organized by us)

- Direct management of **all the activities required to produce an event from A to Z**, including timely and smooth planning, organization and implementation of individual events, agency control and all related measures

- Coordination of all the **suppliers** involved

- Control of the individual event **budgets**, work data-driven and can calculate the **ROI **of your events

- Support the online and offline** communication strategy around events**:

- **Scouting new suppliers and new opportunities** to strengthen our event presence

- Organize the **collaboration with the sales team** for events and congresses

**Who are you?

**:

- You have already gained at least **3 years of experience in similar role**, with main focus on congresses, exhibitions and B2B events

- You show a high degree of** initiative, flexibility a problem solving mindset**:

- You are **tech-savvy** and confident in using common office softwares, especially Excel and project management tools like Asana

- You speak **Italian** at a native level and have a good command of **English**:

- Previous experience in **event and congress in the healthcare sector** is a plus

- You have a high **willingness to travel** and you are also available to work on evenings/weekends when a congress is taking place

**Location**: Office based in Milan, availability to travel required
