Funding: $3. 4m Seed round: Press Release Website: IVM Markets Role We are looking for an experienced Business to Business (B2B) SDR/BDR candidate to join IVM Markets, reporting directly to the commercial director. We offer a EUR25-30k base salary + commission scheme. Work remote. Unlimited travel allowance. Full flexibility on holidays. Responsibilities Lead qualification and proactive outreach to target accounts. Set up meetings for Account Executives. Meetings quota of qualified leads per week/month. Maintain a robust pipeline and manage detailed records of client interactions within our CRM system, ensuring a level of pipeline adequate to meet sales targets. Qualifications A hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business acquisition. 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within SaaS or financial technology solutions, specifically catering to buy-side clients. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce. Experience in selling SaaS to financial markets clients. A passion for financial technology and a desire to understand customer needs deeply. Strong influencing skills and the ability to become a trusted advisor to decision-makers. Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
