Since 2020, a **B2B **line of business has been started within the Colvin Group.
This project deals with the digitization of the supply process of flowers, plants and accessories.
A professional marketplace has been created where wholesalers interact from the product supply side and florists, large clients or professionals (wedding planners, decorators, hotels, . . . ) from the demand side.
The floral sector is worth € 14B and in Europe there are over 60, 000 florists to whom no one is able to offer value through innovative technology and commercial solutions.
We are looking for you to change this market together.

Lucky day for you today: we are looking for a **B2B Sales Commercial **to join our booming Sales Team in **Italy.
**Requirements**:
Our B2B Sales Commercial is strongly focused on business.
We are looking for a great communicator, a team player that works together with the development, marketing and customer experience departments.
**What will my day to day be like?
- **Acquire new customers** - flower shops - and lead them to place weekly orders on our marketplace
- Keep our **database **updated **with customers details and information
- Be in contact with customers in order to **know all their needs
- Plan your **weekly activities** to have your agenda and database always updated
- **Help customers** through their first order so that they can do the following ones by themselves
- Give **suggestions **about products and keep customers informed about **promotions and news
**What are we looking for?
- From 1 to 3 years of tele** sales experience**.
B2B sales will be considered as a plus
- Great **communication **skills in the** Italian language
- Great planning and organizational skills
- Critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and **proactive **mindset
- Habit of working towards **goals
- **Desire to grow** in a fast work environment, in constant and sudden change with the aim of having a concrete and measurable impact
- Knowledge of the main sales **CRM**: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, ecc.
