B2B Sales Manager (Southern Europe)

We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a B2B Sales Team Lead (Southern Europe) to join our team.
**Your responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the company's customer base
- Setting sales targets and quotas for the sales team and monitoring their performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Providing sales training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
**Your qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience in building a B2B Sales department
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
An MBA is often preferred
- Proficiency in using sales management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
