B2B Sales Specialist
ACTIVITIES
- Manage 360° relations with Corporates, as a key element of HFC positioning and selling point (H-FARM College has a strong connection with the industry)
- Deliver programs with distinctive service level, guiding the design and the realization of the program, being the reference point for all the actors involved (Company, Professionals, Faculty, Service Provider, other College units)
- Identify outstanding prospect Companies to start a relation with and wisely manage current Partners
- Understand companies training needs and support the Faculty and the Management in the design of the most distinctive and compelling custom courses
- Define sound budget for programs delivery, in order to meet profitabilty targets
- Collect donorships from Companies
**REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Disposition to organization and planning
- Excellent use of the Office package
- Ability to work in a team, results orientation and confidence in one's ability to meet and exceed goals
- Good knowledge of the English language
