B2C Online Growth and Development Manager

At Litiberi Travel we are currently on the look out for a new team member to help us with our bookings and travel requests and to assist our CEO's with their business responsibilities.

Oversee the development and growth of our selling channels and assist with the day to day running of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working closely with our team of tour guides and travel agencies

- Providing an excellent level of customer service, speaking with and assisting customers

- Dealing with daily messages ranging from initial inquiry / amendments / itinerary timings and suggestions / complaints

- Performing daily checks to ensure everything is up to date

- Communicating and working closely with our various partner agencies

- Assist the team in the daily operations for B2C customers

- Monitor and analyse customer feedback and report to team on areas of improvement-Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Background in operations, logistics or business management

- High level of attention to detail

- Exceptional organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Ability to work well within a team

- Fast learning, flexible and adaptable

- great work ethic

- Punctual and prompt

- Great customer service skills

- Pro-active and outgoing

- Creative problem solving

- Computer and tech savvy

- Willingness to learn and growth with the company

- Proficiency with bookings system is advantageous

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €1. 200, 00 - €1. 700, 00 al mese
