Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured

- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

- Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

- Coordinate UAT activities, where needed

- Participate and support to product/project initiatives with impacts on business processes

- Ensure KODs update according to document periodical review and to process reengineering coming from project initiatives

- Support the development of specific business initiatives, from inception to execution and tracking and management of ad-hoc analysis such as business review, due diligence, business deep dives

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and develop business requirements according to business needs

- Manage projects according to the project plan

- Develop forms and records to document project activitiessibilities

Profile Requirements:

- 2 - 4 year Knowledge of DB Environment

- Prior Private Banking & Wealth Management business related/ IT related experience (2-5 years)

- Prior process-oriented and project management experience Familiar with investment services sector/dynamics

- Degree in Economics/Engineering/Law

- Good reporting skills, specifically with MS Word, Power Point and Excel

- Good knowledge of accounting and analytics Matter

- Very good level of English to support frequent interaction with foreign colleagues
