The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications.

This role requires solid technical skills, the ability to work independently and in teams, and a willingness to tackle complex technical challenges.

ResponsibilitiesContribute to product development and roadmap planning.

Help define and improve software architectures.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications.

Improve the website and implement new features.

Ensure database integrity and security.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Debug issues and refactor the existing codebase when needed.

Evaluate solutions to improve software efficiency.

Stay updated on backend development best practices and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience3-5 years of experience in backend development.

Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL is mandatory.

Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase.

Experience with Elasticsearch.

Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, SNS, SES, CloudWatch, OpenSearch).

System administration experience.

Knowledge of Node. Js and Go.

Experience with Git version control.

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Experience writing unit and functional tests.

Good understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a global, remote environment, collaborating across different business divisions.

Fluency in English is required.

Self-motivated and quick learner with a startup mindset.
