We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our engineering team.

You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.

As a Senior Back-end developer, you'll work closely with our engineers from all areas and also across countries to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company's and client's needs.

Main responsibilities: Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingWrite clean code to develop functional web applicationsTroubleshoot and debug applicationsCollaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logicGather and address technical and design requirementsCreate and maintain software documentationLiaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new featuresFollow emerging technologies and maintain industry knowledgeAssess project briefs to determine technical parameters/specifications and required resourcesIdentify project risks and shape strategies to guard against themDelegate daily and weekly tasks to technical team membersCoach and motivate team membersMinimum Requirements: Proven work experience as a Back-end developer (5+ years)In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)Good expertise with PHP, Laravel and MySQLMust have: GitFlow experienceExcellent analytical and time management skillsTeamwork skills with a problem-solving attitudeNice to have: Experience with WordPress, Drupal, PrestashopWorking knowledge of MongoDBExperience with AWS, Docker, Serverless conceptsExperience with Python and/or ShopifyItalian and English KnowledgeGermanWe offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits, including a Smart Working policy, a young and innovative environment, opportunities for personal and professional development, and participation in events.
