We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications.

If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Senior Back-end developer, you'll work closely with our engineers from all areas and also across countries to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company's and client's needs. Main responsibilities:Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingWrite clean code to develop functional web applicationsTroubleshoot and debug applicationsCollaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logicGather and address technical and design requirementsCreate and maintain software documentationLiaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new featuresFollow emerging technologies and maintain industry knowledgeAssess project briefs to determine technical parameters/specifications and required resourcesIdentify project risks and shape strategies to guard against themDelegate daily and weekly tasks to technical team membersCoach and motivate team membersMinimum requirements:Proven work experience as a Back-end developer (5+ years)In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)Good expertise with PHP, Laravel and MySQLExperience with WordPress, Drupal, Prestashop (nice to have)Must have: GitFlow experienceExcellent analytical and time management skillsTeamwork skills with a problem-solving attitudeWorking knowledge of MongoDB (nice to have)Experience with AWS, Docker, Serverless concepts (nice to have)Experience with Python and/or Shopify (nice to have)Experience in Javascript programming (Angular and/or React) - (nice to have)Italian and English KnowledgeGerman (nice to have)Benefits:Competitive salary and attractive benefitsSmart Working policy - we believe in a result-driven work environmentYoung, cool, innovative and international environmentWork on very innovative projects for international brandsEducational opportunities for personal and professional developmentEvents participation #J-18808-Ljbffr
