MSXI has the job for you MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Back office & Planning Assistant to join our team in Milan. The Role As a Back office & Planning Assistant, the goal is to provide a high degree of quality, proactivity and results orientation so that our client and its dealer network achieve all their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include being in charge of standard Back office activities such as bill archives, register compilation, and mailbox management. Your key tasks will be: Assist in managing the scheduling and organization of training sessions, including classroom bookings and coordination with external agencies. Coordinate with training companies to acquire necessary course materials and obtain the names of the trainers. Assist in the development/maintenance of internal systems: network database and LMS. Manage classroom and meeting room reservations. Follow the procedures in accordance with the company's standards and policies. Our ideal Back office & Planning Assistant has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication or similar experience, as well as: Previous experience in training management and automotive field. Accuracy and personal organization. Precision and attention to detail. Initiative and independence. High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office. Fluent in Italian and English. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.
