As a result of this growth, we are looking for a Back Office Administrator , to join our Sales Administration team based in Milan.
The role
The role will cover a position in the sales administration team. The team manages a wide range of admin tasks/sales tasks cross country. The candidate will:
Ensure the quality and precision of the information introduced in our CRM;
Support the sales team in the back office activities;
Work closely with the accounting team for administrative topics;
Manage specific projects (M&A Activities, process optimization, new implementations);
Track processes on specific guides to be shared with the other teams.
Requirements Our ideal Back Office Administrator will have:
Good knowledge of Office and G-Suite;
Analytical skills;
Excellent writing and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Precision, organisational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
