For the next season, we are looking for a Back Office Agent for the next season (spring/summer 2024) to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, and curiosity.

He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally. He/She will report to the Front Office Manager. Responsibilities:Review reservations to ensure they are correctly inserted in the PMS system. Support the Front Desk in daily operations, according to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times. Follow up with the central reservations department in case of missing correspondence. Maintain professional relationships with Guests and Colleagues. Anticipate Guests' needs. Handle deposit and commission payments. Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a front desk role in luxury hotels. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is required. High standards of service. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Other Requirements:Effective and punctual written and verbal communication to update relevant colleagues and department. Exhibits the ability to work successfully within a group while showing respect and willingness to share information and skills. Accurate and precise in all duties and checks carried out; demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Ability to deal with multiple tasks and alter behavior/priorities as changes occur; remains calm in pressurized situations. Belmond and You:We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C. C. N. L.

Settore Turismo - Level 4, Back Office Agent. Start date: April/May 2024 to End date: September 2024, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path. Salary as per CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR. Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus.
