Back Office Assistant & Office Manager
Our client is the Italian Branch of a European Multinational Company and is an international leader in the Renewable Energy sector, with a strong presence in the Solar Market. To strengthen its international structure while enhancing its presence in the Italian market, it has commissioned us to search for a:
**BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT
**&
**OFFICE MANAGER
**Posizione**:
- Support to the CEO for administration tasks (eg banks, insurances etc)
- Organize the Office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Coordinate with Finance Team invoice payments and expense settlements
- Management of purchases for office, technicians and employees (for example: PPE-Workwear-etc etc)
- Support in the management of the SGI: for example, organization of safety refresher courses
- Management of company vehicles, deadlines, instrument delivery reports, etc.
- Support in the management of safety on PV systems
- Analysis of the fuel costs and expense reports of technicians
- Request for safety documentation from the various O&M-EPC subcontractors
- Updating and uploading of company documentation on customer platforms
- Involvement in the management of contracts relating to non-technical steps (sending certificates-forwarding docs for electronic signatures-etc etc).
- Archiving and Support for the operational management of ISO documentation
Maintenance of company asset archives, for example: pc; telephones and fuel cards
**Requisiti**:
- Highly organized and methodical person, with exceptional attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office products
- Able to work in a multi cultural environment
- 1 / 2 years in similar positions possibly in English work environment. Any prior experience in the renewables industry will be very much appreciated
- Any degree will be considered a plus
**Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
