**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing UNOX customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;

- Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes

- Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;

- Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;

- Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;

- Pronoting and organising demonstrations of our sales staff;

- Manage customer master data and arrange updates;

- Standardising CRM processes;

- Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;

- Handling complaints;

- Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

**Excellent knowledge of the French or German language (the selection process includes a telephone language check before the interview to verify the level of proficiency).
