Our client, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is looking for a dynamic and motivated person to proactively contribute to back-office management, able to ensure effectiveness in actively supporting the efforts of the sales and service team.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo Prepare, collect, and manage tender documentation by working with the various stakeholders in the process, from tender publication to submission;Management of Order Processing cycle, Order booking/Shipping/Invoicing in SAP;Sales & Service Administration – processing eMails, Quotations, Orders & Contracts in collaboration with local and overseas colleagues;Health & Safety support for the respective team needs;Service phone calls customers;Handling of Spare Parts and packages for Service Engineers;Export/Import – Logistic; Service report processing. University level education.
Experience with ERP systems (recommended SAP).
Good verbal and written English, the knowledge of the German language is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Experienced with CRM (preferred Salesforce).
Approachable and able to communicate easily and effectively at all levels
Collaborate respectfully and professionally with the local and international back office teams.
Highly customer oriented.
Highly organised with good attention to detail and self-motivated.
